Chi Alpha Healthy Leaders

Jeff is continuing to serve Chi Alpha within the West Coast region, which includes California, Nevada, Arizona, and Hawaii.   His role is to help mentor, disciple, and encourage the youngercampus pastors/missionaries. This is part of the national Chi Alpha initiative focusing on
maintaining Healthy Leaders.
 

This initiative involves coaching younger Chi Alpha campus pastors through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face meetings.  Jeff has also been instrumental in coaching new leaders to reach their full support goals. In addition to his role with Healthy Leaders, Jeff travels to Latin countries to minister and disciple young people.
